well if all you do all day is sit around and look at peoples ip addresses then you probably could.
I have to approve new IDs that register. When there are 10 new uers all showing up in a day or two with the same IP, it doesn't take being a rocket surgeon *lol* to determine it. Unless the library is suddenly the most popular site in the world. Especially when the IP traces to SC schools (Scott County anyone).

This petty arguing back and forth, and normally with people probably sitting right beside of several you, has went on long enough.

I know what you can do with an ip address and i dont realy care but why do you have to get on here and ruin the whole point of the forum for others i mean this could be any where from a bunch of friends talking to people that arent in the lpd soo i apploigize for you inconvenience
Sorry there pointless, the point of the forum isn't for a bunch of people in the same room, to sit there and argue back and forth, attempting to act like they are from other places, etc.
This has been going on for several days. I don't think I said anything about it till now, but its getting ridiculous.
People arguing with themselves (or people who are most likely sitting beside them), etc is not the point. If they want to talk to people that badly, when they are in the same location, they can turn around and talk.
I'll not start by banning IPs. I'll ban names. If that doesn't fix it, the the IP ban will go and that will hurt people that aren't being juvenille with it, so I hate to do that.
I find it funny that someone who has been registered a week is arguing about what the point of the forum is.
